When school is out, hunger is up. This is because kids lack access to school lunch and breakfast programs, placing additional strain on already-thin wallets. Sadly, at the same time of increased need, donations slow as families focus on summer activities. We find that local businesses are a great source of support during this critical period because most businesses are still running at full capacity during these summer months. Food Drives may be conducted traditionally with a collection barrel, online via a Virtual Food Drive or even a combination of both!
We are a great resource for tips for success, or even creative ideas to help engage your employees in helping to make your food & fund drive a success.
