Foothills Elementary students turned classroom learning into real-world impact by growing investment funds and donating their earnings to Utah Food Bank. Through a Chinese Dual Language Immersion project focused on food and scarcity, sixth graders combined language skills, financial literacy, and teamwork to help support families facing hunger in Utah.
