Food Box Delivery

Through the help of volunteers we deliver over 2,600 boxes each month to low income seniors. Each senior receives one box per month that provides approximately 8 days worth of food.

This opportunity is great for individuals and groups alike and volunteers of all ages are welcome to participate, including children. Each delivery takes about 30 minutes, including drive-time, and volunteers typically deliver 3-4 boxes per car. We ask that box deliveries be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance. For large groups, please schedule at least one week in advance.

We also welcome our volunteers to sign up to be assigned to specific clients. This requires at least a six month commitment and provides you with the following: the opportunity to build a stronger relationship with a specific senior, select the geographic area you would like to deliver and have the consistency each time you deliver your food box.
